I hate disapointing my kids

So for Halloween we were going to go to Nightfall at Old Tucson Studios. Then my husband calls with two unexpected bills. So we can't go. I had to be the one to tell my daughter. She was so disappointed she had tears in her eyes. She is the 13one year old. So I offered her to have a last minute Halloween party tomorrow night. At first she was upset about it, but as she started to text her friends she started to feel better. I on the other hand, still feel really bad that I let her down.
